Financial Assistance
Eligible Singapore Citizen students from lower-income families can receive help with school fees, meals, transport, and more. Apply through the MOE Financial Assistance Scheme today.
The Ministry of Education provides financial assistance to needy Singapore Citizen students in Government or Government-Aided Schools. The income limits and type of assistance given to needy students in Government or Government-Aided Schools under this financial assistance scheme are shown below:
Income Limits
Gross household income ≤ $4000 per month; or
Per capita income ≤ $1000 per month
Benefit Under Scheme
The benefits of MOE FAS include the following:

*First-time users are to present their School Smartcard to the General Office for a one-time activation when school reopens.
**Redemption of E-voucher is from 28th of the month to the 10th of the following month. Please note if your child fails to redeem the voucher for 3 consecutive months, this transport voucher will be revoked for the subsequent month(s).
